Think of a loaded baked potato, but make it pasta. This will make you a huge pot of creamy, rich, delicious goodness for you and your loved ones!

Ingredients:

•1 box of pasta (I used Penne)

•1 cup of Chicken Broth

•2 Tablespoons of Butter

•1/2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

•1 Pint of Heavy Cream

•1 Cup of shredded Quattro Formaggi Cheese (I got mine from Trader Joe’s)

•1 Cup of shredded Mozzarella

•1 jar of Three Cheese Marinara

•2-3 large shredded Chicken Breasts

•6 Strips of cooked Bacon

•1/4 cup of Ranch

•1 bag of frozen Broccoli

•1/2 cup of chopped grilled Yellow Bell Pepper

•Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

About 4 hours before you cook all of the pasta, you can put your chicken in a crockpot with a cup of chicken broth and allow it to cook for 4 hours until it’s shreddable.

After the chicken is done, you can begin cooking the bacon in the oven at 350 F for 20 min or on the stove on medium to high heat. Get the bacon nice and crispy and be sure to soak up all of the grease off the bacon (this ensures your pasta isn’t oily). Next, cook your broccoli (following the bag instructions) and grill your chopped bell pepper over medium heat with a little olive oil.

On to the pasta! Follow the cooking directions on your pasta box. While it’s cooking, grab a separate sauce pan and melt down your butter on medium heat. Then you can pour in the heavy cream and allow it to simmer. Next, you can pour in all of the delicious cheese. Stir the sauce and let it melt down together. Now you can pour in your marinara! Once it’s perfectly blended, you can drain out the water from your pasta and pour the cheesy, marinara sauce over it.

The rest is super simple! Toss in your shredded chicken, bacon pieces, cut up broccoli, chopped bell pepper, and ranch! Mix it all together, add some salt & pepper to taste, and sprinkle a little extra cheese on top. You’ve now made a yummy, creamy, loaded pasta to enjoy with the ones you love! OR you can eat the entire pot yourself. I’m not here to judge!
