Now, you might be thinking that your loved ones will never touch a dessert made with stevia, but don’t fret! My husband is a lover of normal sugar and he devours this banana bread! He probably doesn’t even know stevia is in it😉
Ingredients:
•4 immensely rip bananas•1/2 cup salted butter, softened
•1/2 cup Stevia Brown Sugar
•1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon •2 eggs, room temperature•1 tablespoon vanilla extract
•1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•1/2 teaspoon baking powder
•1 cup milk sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
Set your oven to 350F and grab a medium size bowl to begin mashing the bananas. Once they’re nice and mushy (I immediately felt gross as I typed the word ‘mushy’ lol), set the bowl aside and grab a separate large mixing bowl. Hand mix the softened butter and stevia brown sugar together in the large bowl until it’s smooth. Add in the eggs, mashed bananas, and the vanilla extract. Mix it all together until perfectly combined.
Next, you’ll want to add in the flour (this should probably be sifted, but I skipped that step), baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix it all together with a spatula and then fold in 3/4 of your chocolate chips.
Pour your delicious banana bread mixture in a loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Pop it into the oven for 55 minutes to an hour (checking it often in the last 5 minutes to ensure it doesn’t burn). Once you put a toothpick in and it comes out clean (aside from the melted chocolate on it of course), it is ready to be taken out and cooled! Sprinkle a little stevia brown sugar on top.

The last, and arguably the most important step, is to brew a hot cup of coffee to go alongside a slice of your warm, delicious banana bread that is ready to be enjoyed by you and the ones you love🍞🍌
